My friend Hugo Aguilar contacted me to submit an illustration for his upcoming chronicle, Unterkunst Magazine. They are looking to promote midwestern artists and to have content ranging from political satire to film reviews.


The brief was pretty open-ended, so I created this image based on the cat I’m living with- Pepe Lemonjello- who has a very real cat moustache that gives him the appearance of a young Burt Reynolds cat.
